EMATlK Carts US provides custom-built carts for sale and rental, including but not limited to bar carts, charcuterie stations, and dessert stands.

• Custom Orders: All custom carts are made to order and final sale.

• Rentals: Rentals are available for a specified time frame and must be returned in original condition.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before shipment or event delivery.

• Accepted Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure checkout systems.

• Deposits: Rentals may require a refundable damage deposit.

• Late Payments: Any overdue balances may incur penalties.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

• Shipping for Sales: Products are shipped upon completion of build.

• Delivery for Rentals: Local delivery is available in select areas. Charges may apply.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom Orders: All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

• Rental Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund.

• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued if the client fails to receive the delivery or is not available at the scheduled time.

6. Damage & Liability

You are responsible for any loss or damage to rental carts during the rental period.

• Damage Fees: Fees will be charged for any repairs or replacement due to misuse, neglect, or vandalism.

• Liability: EMATlK Carts US is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our carts.
